Who looks after your information
BerryTechAI runs BERRY TECH MATRIX. We look after your account details (your name, work email, company and plan). The customer notes you type into a matrix belong to you — we just hold them for you.

What we collect
About you: name, work email, email domain, company, job role and team.
Your work: customers, BERRY TECH MATRIX records and any notes you write.
Payments: which plan you're on, whether it's active and when it renews. Stripe handles card details — they never reach us.
Records: a log of who did what in your workspace, plus the normal technical logs we need to keep the Service running and safe.
Why we use it
To run the Service, keep your workspace separate from other companies, check it's really you signing in, sort out plans and payments, answer your questions, and stop people misusing the Service.
We don't sell your information, and we never use your work for adverts.
Companies that help us
Supabase — stores the database, sign-ins and files.
Cloudflare — hosts the app and delivers it to you.
Stripe — handles payments and plans.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
If we add another company that handles your work, we'll update this list first.
How long we keep it
We keep your work for as long as your account is open. After you close it, we delete it or strip your name out — except for records like payment history that the law says we must keep.
What you can ask for
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see your information, fix it, get a copy, limit how we use it or have it deleted. Email privacy@berry-partners.com and we'll reply within the time the law allows.
If one of your customers contacts us about information you typed in, we'll point them to you.
Where your information goes
The companies that help us may handle information outside the UK and Europe. When that happens, we rely on the legal protections those companies offer.
Cookies
We only use the cookies we need to keep you signed in and remember simple settings. We don't use advert trackers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll put it on this page and change the date above. If a change really matters, we'll email you too.
