Who controls your data
BerryTechAI operates BERRY TECH MATRIX and is the controller for account data (your name, work email, organisation and licence status). For the customer and account content you enter into a matrix, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

What we collect
Account data: name, work email address, email domain, organisation, role and team membership.
Workspace content: customers, BERRY TECH MATRIX records and any notes you create.
Billing data: licence tier, subscription status and renewal date. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Operational logs: audit events recording who did what in your workspace, plus standard technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
Why we use it
To provide the Service and keep your workspace separated from other organisations; to authenticate you; to administer licences and billing; to respond to support requests; and to detect and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
Processors we use
Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
Cloudflare — application hosting and content delivery.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
Google — optional single sign-on, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
We will update this list before adding a new processor that handles workspace content.
Retention
We keep workspace content for as long as your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise it, except where we must retain records (for example billing records) to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@berry-partners.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If your customer contacts us directly about data you entered, we will refer them to you as the controller.
International transfers
Our processors may handle data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting workspace content will also be notified by email.
