BERRY TECH MATRIX is an Intelligent Account Engineering™ workspace. Your work belongs to you. Only people you add to your team can see it, we keep each company's data in its own separate space, and we never sell your data or use it for adverts. Your workspace is private to your team

When you sign in, we use your work email to put you in the right company team. Your customers, matrices and notes can only be seen by people in that team.

Every company's data lives in its own separate space. We test this regularly to make sure no one can peek at another company's work.

Signing in safely

You can sign in with Google or your email. Passwords are stored in a scrambled form — we never keep them in plain text — and we check it's really you before letting you in.

Moving data safely

Everything that travels between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS — the padlock you see in your address bar. That means no one can read your data while it's on the move.

Where your data rests

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases run by trusted hosting partners, with strong physical and digital protections around them.

Companies that help us

Supabase — stores the database, sign-ins and files.

Cloudflare — hosts the app and delivers it to you.

Stripe — handles payments and plans.

Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

If we add another company that handles your work, we'll update this list first.

Payments

Stripe handles all payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

If something goes wrong

We watch for problems and act quickly. If a security problem ever affects your data, we'll tell you as soon as we can, explain what happened and what we did about it.

Changes

If we change how we keep your data safe, we'll put it on this page and change the date above. If a change really matters, we'll email you too.
