Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BERRY TECH MATRIX (“the Service”) is run by BerryTechAI (“we”, “us”). When you make an account, you agree to these rules. If you are agreeing for a company, you are saying you are allowed to speak for that company.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Your workspace is matched to the email address you sign up with. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what everyone you invite does in your workspace.

We can pause an account that breaks the law, tries to look at another company's work, or causes big problems for the Service.

3. The free plan

New users get one free BERRY TECH MATRIX for one customer. The extra tools, sharing, history and downloads stay locked until you pay for a plan. We may change what the free plan includes for new sign-ups, but that won't change a free plan you already have.

4. Plans and paying

You pay for each person who uses it, either monthly (£99) or yearly (£948). Prices are in pounds and don't include tax. Stripe handles the payment, so we never see or keep your card details.

Plans renew on their own at the end of each period until you stop them. You can stop any time from Your plan → Change or cancel your plan. It stops at the end of the period you've paid for, and you can keep using it until then.

Unless the law says otherwise, money you have already paid isn't refunded. If a payment doesn't go through, we may put your workspace back on the free plan until it's sorted.

5. Your content

Everything you type in about your customers and matrices still belongs to you. You just let us store it and use it to run the Service for you.

It's up to you to make sure you're allowed to upload any personal details about your customers or contacts.

6. Fair use

Don't take the Service apart to copy it, don't sell access to it, don't upload anything illegal or harmful, and don't use it to send spam.

7. Changes and downtime

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will never go down. We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something big that you pay for, we'll tell you in good time.

8. What we're responsible for

The Service is given to you “as is”, as far as the law allows. If something goes wrong, the most we can owe you is what you paid us in the last twelve months. Some things can't be limited by law, and we don't try to limit those.

9. Stopping

You can stop using the Service whenever you want. We can stop your account if you seriously break these rules. When things end, we'll delete or send back your workspace data if you ask, unless the law says we must keep some of it.
