Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

BERRY TECH MATRIX (“the Service”) is operated by BerryTechAI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Your workspace is matched to the domain of the email address you register with. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of everyone you invite into your workspace.

We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully, that attempts to access another organisation's data, or that materially disrupts the Service.

3. Free trial

New sellers receive one free trial BERRY TECH MATRIX covering a single customer. Follow-up modules, sharing, revision history and exports remain locked until a paid licence is active. We may change trial scope for future sign-ups; existing trials are unaffected.

4. Licences and billing

Paid licences are sold per seller on a monthly (£99) or annual (£948) basis, in GBP and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

Licences renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Licence & billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and the Service remains available until then.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If a payment fails we may downgrade the workspace to trial entitlements until the balance is settled.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the customer, account and matrix content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload any personal data about your customers or contacts.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the Service, resell access, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use the Service to send unsolicited communications in breach of applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces a paid feature we will give reasonable notice.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for material breach. On termination we will delete or return your workspace data on request, subject to any legal retention obligations.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about these terms: legal@berry-partners.com.
